NINJA CAMP (for ages 7 to 12)
This camp was designed to give kids a fun approach to fitness as they work on strength, conditioning, flexibility, problem solving, and coordination as they overcome obstacles designed for their skill levels. Running, jumping (trampoline), climbing (ropes, silks), crawling, and balancing elements (slackline, balance beam) with the aim of testing speed and endurance. The use of circus apparatus (trapeze, silks, rope, etc) was also integrated in this program. Prerequisites: None. |
