CIRCUS-I (ages 7 to 12) is a 75 minute class designed to introduce students to a wide range of circus disciplines like aerial skills including tricks on all our apparatus including aerial silks, hoop and trapeze; master basic acrobatics like rolls, cartwheels, and begin working toward handsprings and walkovers; learn basic trampoline skills; group and partner acrobatics; juggling; and handstands. In each class, students will also spend time stretching and working on building strength to be able to learn more advanced techniques in the future.
Prerequisites: None.      
*This is one of our most popular classes, this is a great class for students just starting out, or who have attended one of our camps or birthday parties. This class is the pre-requisite for our more advanced classes for this age group.
CIRCUS-II (ages 7 to 12) is a 75 minute class designed for students with prior circus experience. In this class, students perfect their technique and begin to learn more advanced tricks. In Circus-II, there is a focus on correct form, posture, and presentation. At this level, students are encouraged to begin creating a circus routine on one or more apparatus to present at the end of the session. In each class, students will work on aerials, handstands, juggling, acrobatics, flexibility, and strength, and as well will have some focus time on apparatus of their choice.
Prerequisites: Circus-I
CIRCUS-III (ages 7 to 12) is a 75 minute class is the highest-level class in its age group. It is for students who already have Circus-II experience, and who have been approved by coaches. Emphasis in this class will be placed on perfecting technique, proper form, presentation, flexibility, and strength, as well as developing advanced skills. In this class, students will work independently, in pairs, or in groups to develop unique circus acts.

⭐️⭐️ NEW CLASS ⭐️⭐️ 

​JUST AERIAL (level 2 for ages 10 to 15) is a 60 minute class Aerial is one of the most popular disciplines when it comes to circus arts so we are adding a class focused just on that! In this class, participants will have the opportunity to learn tricks and technique, develop strength, flexibility, endurance, and aerial body awareness on the aerial silk, net, trapeze, hammock, Lyra (aerial hoop), rope and diamond. 
​​Prerequisites: Circus-1 or Apprentice.
*If students in this class have an interest in performing, and perhaps in performing professionally,
​ they might be invited or can request to join the Junior Troupe.
MINI-NINJA & JUNIOR-NINJA (ages 5 to 7 and 8 to 12) each is a 50 minutes class created to give kids a fun approach to fitness as they work on strength, conditioning, flexibility, problem solving, and coordination as they overcome obstacles designed for their skill levels. Running, jumping, climbing, crawling, and balancing elements with the aim of testing speed and endurance. The use of circus apparatus (trapeze, silks, rope, etc) was also integrated in this program.
