AERIAL
(ages 10+)

In this class we will explore fun wraps and static poses and progress into more advanced combos and drops. Closer to the end of term you will have a chance to create a combo and receive constructive criticism on your artistic application to these moves. You will have the option to perform your piece in the end of term show along with a group act.

*Minimum requirements to take this class: 
- Age minimum to join this class is 10.
- Straight leg inversion from a climb. 
- Ten strong push-ups on the ground (no knees touching- and chest to the floor). 

*If you do not meet the requirements please ask which class would be suitable for you or book private lessons to increase your capabilities.
