Aerial Silk
This two hour intensive workshop is designed for students (ages 13+) who would like to advance their skills on Aerial Silks. Focus will be on climbs, body positioning, wraps, stationary positions as well as falls. Both beginner and advanced levels are welcome.

Stretching and Contortion
This hour long stretching and contortion workshop has been created for kids and adults who wish to increase their flexibility or simply . This workshop is filled with stretching and contortion activities to get you back in top-cirque-shape for the new year with splits, bridges, handstand, balance, technique and control.
For kids & Adults: Saturday, January 8th from 1pm to 2pm

Acro & Partner Balance
In this hour and a half workshop students (ages 13+) will learn many different solo and partner balance and acrobatic tricks. Activities will include: cartwheels, bridges, handstands, hand-to-hand balancing, partner acro and much more!
Saturday, January th from 2pm to 3:30pm

Juggling
In this 2 hour workshop, students ages 13+ will work on various different apparatus including Trapeze, Cerceau, Aerial silks and Rope. Both beginner and advances levels are welcome but previous experience in circus or equivalent sport is required.

All cancellations within 14 days of the beginning of a session will incur a $100 cancellation fee.
