TODDLER-PARENT (for ages 12 to 35 months) is a 45 minute class developed for parents and toddlers who can walk, run and jump. Your toddler and you will be led by our educator through a variety of coordination movements (using balls and juggling scarves), exercises (through a tunnel, onto blocks), and balancing positions (on standing pods). Additional activities can include the use of other circus equipment like the trapeze, swings, slack line, balancing canes and mini-trampoline.

LITTLE-CIRCUS (ages 5 & 6) is a 45 minutes class designed to suit the developmental needs of your children fot this age group. The instructors use basic circus skills to help your child learn motor skills, coordination, balance, strength, flexibility, and focus in a playful and exciting atmosphere. In this class, students work on basic juggling, spinning plates, low-level aerials (on the trapeze, silks, and cerceau), beginner acrobatics, simple trampoline skills, basic acrobatics like forward rolls and cartwheels - and more. It's a great way to learn and develop agility and promote health for your child.

MINI-NINJA (ages 5 to 7) each is a 75 minutes class created to give kids a fun approach to fitness as they work on strength, conditioning, flexibility, problem solving, and coordination as they overcome obstacles designed for their skill levels. Running, jumping, climbing, crawling, and balancing elements with the aim of testing speed and endurance. The use of circus apparatus (trapeze, silks, rope, etc) was also integrated in this program.

CIRCUS-I (ages 7 to 12) is a 75 minute class designed to introduce students to a wide range of circus disciplines like aerial skills including tricks on all our apparatus including aerial silks, hoop and trapeze; master basic acrobatics like rolls, cartwheels, and begin working toward handsprings and walkovers; learn basic trampoline skills; group and partner acrobatics; juggling; and handstands. In each class, students will also spend time stretching and working on building strength to be able to learn more advanced techniques in the future.
Prerequisites: None. |
*This is one of our most popular classes, this is a great class for students just starting out, or who have attended one of our camps or birthday parties. This class is the pre-requisite for our more advanced classes for this age group.

JUST AERIAL 1 (for ages 7 to 9) is a 75 minute class Aerial is one of the most popular disciplines when it comes to circus arts so we are adding a class focused just on that! In this class, participants will have the opportunity to learn tricks and technique, develop strength, flexibility, endurance, and aerial body awareness on the aerial silk, net, trapeze, hammock, Lyra (aerial hoop), rope and diamond. Prerequisites: None. |

JUST AERIAL 2 (for ages 10 to 15) is a 75 minute class designed for older students with prior aerial experience who are ready to progress to more advanced work. This class focuses exclusively on aerial disciplines. Students will refine technique, improve transitions, and begin linking skills into longer sequences. Participants will continue developing strength, flexibility, and endurance while working toward more complex technique. Each class includes conditioning and flexibility training to support safe progression and skill advancement.
Prerequisites: Previous aerial experience required. Circus-1 or Apprentice. |

PATNER-ACRO (for ages 7 to 15) is a 75 minute class focused on building strength, trust, and coordination. In this class, participants will learn the fundamentals of partner work, including basing, flying, and spotting. Students will explore a variety of skills such as basic lifts, counterbalances, supported inversions, and acro poses. They will also be introduced to simple transitions and sequences, working both in pairs and small groups. Emphasis is placed on proper technique, alignment, and safe progressions. Each class includes conditioning and flexibility training to support strength and stability. Prerequisites: None. |

ADULT (ages 18 and up) is a 90 minute class focused on health, wellbeing, and building strength, flexibility, and fitness in a supportive environment. Students learn aerial skills (silks, trapeze), basic acrobatics (rolls, cartwheels, progressing to walkovers), trampoline, partner-acrobatics, juggling, and handstands.
For experienced students, the focus shifts to refining technique, form, presentation, flexibility, and developing higher-level skills. A fun way to get in shape, no prior gymnastics or athletic experience required. Everyone is welcome. |
