By registering for one of Atlantic Cirque’s class, I am acknowledging that I am aware of the following:

There will be a $40 insurance fee per student for the Fall session, and $60 for the Winter-Spring.

Cancellations within 14 days or less from the start of the session will incur $100 cancellation fee.

There will be no refund once the session has started.

Make up classes are $10.00 (excluding Holidays).

A $100 deposit is due upon registration.

Please complete a new registration submission for each participant.

* All classes are subject to enrollment.

* Atlantic Cirque reserves the right to cancel a class due to limited enrollment.
