BABY-PARENT (for ages 6 to 11 months) is a 45 minute class developed for parents and babies who can crawl or walk. Your baby and you will be led by our educator through a variety of coordination movements (using balls and scarves), exercises (through a tunnel, on the trampoline), as well as dancing and singing. Additional activities can include the use of other circus equipment like swings and mini-trampoline.
TODDLER-PARENT (for ages 12 to 35 months) is a 45 minute class developed for parents and toddlers who can walk, run and jump. Your toddler and you will be led by our educator through a variety of coordination movements (using balls and juggling scarves), exercises (through a tunnel, onto blocks), and balancing positions (on standing pods). Additional activities can include the use of other circus equipment like the trapeze, swings, slack line, balancing canes and mini-trampoline.
