Marissa has trained in the fire arts since October 2003,and has to performed with Ash Circle Busking troup,and is currently performing for Atlantic Cirque in Halifax .She performs solo and in groups for events and fundraisers alike. She has been busking on the streets of Halifax and has done so in her hometown Montreal. She has toured eastern Canada with Miss Mitzy Cream's Kitten Revue from Toronto and taken her talents to the US for The Boston Burlesque Expo in February 2007. She has performed with Pink Velvet Burlesque and learned lots of tantalising things from the best Burlesquers around. She has taught and learned from talented fire performers at Wildfire 2007 in Conneticut. Vaudville,tribal fusion belly dance and burlesque are all a part of her repertoir along with the darkest of circus arts. She is always learning new things to give inventive well rounded performances and her aim is to not only entertain crowds but expand their minds and provoke their imaginations. Molotov offers group and private classes to those interested in learning more about fire arts such as fire safety tool making, poi, fire eating and contact fire. She is available for hire,private parties,public events and venues. Serious applicants only please, she takes risking her life fairly seriously.
